Deuteronomy of Discipline 5:7
And the Swolfather spake unto the assembly, saying, "Thou shalt not waiver from thy training schedule, neither shalt thou make excuses for thine absence from the iron temple. For discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment, and those who cross it faithfully shall be blessed with gains that the slothful shall never know."
