The Iron Scriptures

And Wheymen spake unto the faithful, saying, "Take heed the sacred numbers of thy sustenance, for they are the foundation upon which thy temple of flesh shall be built. Thou shalt count thy proteins above all else, honoring them at each meal, lest thou waste thy prayers at the iron altar; for verily, it is written that those who neglect the wisdom of macros shall forever remain weak of limb and soft of belly."
