Blessed is the disciple who embraceth the sacred pump, for in the fullness of muscle shall Flextor reveal His glory. As thy veins rise like rivers upon the land and thy muscles swell with the holy blood, remember that the pump is but temporary, yet the devotion to the Iron Path is eternal. Praise be to Flextor, who grants us this glimpse of Swolhalla while we yet walk among the weak of flesh.
