And Brodin said unto thee, "Blessed are those who humble themselves to train the lower temple, for they shall inherit great strength." Let not vanity lead thy eyes only to the mirror muscles, for the Quad Father watches with wrathful gaze upon those who neglect His domain, and rewards the faithful with pillars of power upon which all other gains shall rest.
