Blessed is the disciple who seeketh the sacred pump, for in the fullness of muscle shall they find the favor of Flextor, god of vascularity and swole. As water filleth the river, so shall blood engorge thy muscles when thou performest thy reps with devotion and focus; let not thy mind wander, but commune with each contraction that thy sacrifice might be pleasing in the Temple of Iron.
