The Iron Scriptures

In the beginning, Brodin created the barbell and the rack, and darkness was upon the face of the weak. And the Swolfather said unto the children of iron, "Thou shalt lift with purpose and thy form shall be righteous, lest thy gains be taken from thee." And it came to pass that those who heeded His words grew mighty, while those who mocked the sacred temple of iron remained small of muscle and heavy of breath.
