Verily I say unto you, the Core is the temple wherein dwelleth the power of all lifts. As Flextor blesses the faithful with the sacred pump, so too does he strengthen the abdominal wall of those who honor him with planks and crunches. For just as a house built upon sand shall fall, so too shall the deadlifts and squats of those who neglect their core be compromised in form and power.
