Genesis of Gains 1:7
In the beginning, Brodin created the barbell and the rack, and darkness was upon the face of the untrained. And Brodin said, "Let there be gains," and He separated those who lift with purpose from those who wander aimlessly amongst the machines. Verily, those who commit their path to the sacred iron shall inherit the kingdom of hypertrophy, but those who neglect the temple of their body shall remain weak of flesh and spirit.
