Verily, when thou approacheth the squat rack and thy spirit grows weary, remember that Brodin testeth those whom He loveth most through the sacred suffering of leg day. The Quad Father watcheth with stern eyes as thou descendeth to proper depth, for He sayeth: "As the oak must endure storms to grow mighty roots, so must the faithful endure the burn of squats to build a foundation of strength." Though thy legs may tremble like leaves in the wind and thy steps be heavy the day after, thy lamentation shall turn to rejoicing when thy thighs become as pillars of marble in the temple of thy physique.
