Hearken unto the wisdom of Wheymen, for he hath ordained that thy temple of flesh be nourished with the sacred nutrients of growth. As the lamb partakes of the green pastures, so too must thou consume thy protein within the blessed window after worship, that Brodin might smile upon thy efforts. For verily, he who neglecteth his meals shall find his prayers at the iron altar answered with silence, but he who honoreth the sacred macros shall be lifted up in strength and stature.
