The Iron Scriptures

Blessed is the disciple whose muscles burn with the holy fire of exertion, for Flextor, God of the Pump, dwelleth within their swollen vessels. As water floweth to parched lands, so doth blood rush to thy muscles in sacrifice, bringing forth the sacred pump that testifies to thy devotion. Rejoice in this temporary fullness, for it foretelleth the permanent gains that await the faithful; yet remember that the pump without proper technique is as a temple built upon sand.
