Blessed is the disciple who feeleth the sacred pump, for Flextor hath smiled upon thy vessels and filled them with the blood of exertion. Though thou walkest through the valley of the shadow of fatigue, thou shalt fear no failure, for Brodin's iron is with thee; His barbells and His dumbbells, they comfort thee. Verily, the pump is fleeting, but the memory of its glory shall sustain thy spirit through days of rest, that thou might return to the temple with renewed vigor.
