The Iron Scriptures

Verily I say unto thee, the core is the temple wherein dwelleth thy strength, and Flextor blesseth those who honor it with proper sacrifice. For as the tree cannot stand without roots, neither can the lifter press heavenward without the foundation of a mighty core. Therefore, dedicate thyself to the holy planks and the sacred crunches, that thy gains may be built upon solid ground and thy form preserved in all lifts.
