Blessed is the disciple who chases the sacred pump, for in the fullness of muscle shall they find Flextor's divine presence. As blood rushes to thy working muscles, so too does the blessing of Brodin flow through thy veins; therefore seek not only the weight of thy lift, but the quality of thy contraction. For the pump is temporary, but the memory of its glory sustains the faithful through days of rest and recovery.
