And Flextor, god of the sacred pump, speaketh unto the faithful, saying: "As the tree without roots shall topple, so too shall the lifter without core strength falter beneath the iron." Blessed are those who devote themselves to the temple of the midsection, for they shall move mountains of weight with stability and power, but cursed are those who neglect their center, for their gains shall be built upon sand and their form shall crumble.
