And lo, as the seasons of lifting come and go, remember that thy journey is not a sprint but a pilgrimage of persistence. Brosiris, judge of form, doth not reward those who burn brightly for a fortnight only to extinguish; rather, He blesses those who tend the sacred flame of dedication through winter bulks and summer cuts, through injury and triumph alike. For what profit hath a man of all his labor if he abandoneth the Iron Path when the novelty fadeth? Wheymen.
