The Iron Scriptures

And I saw the seventh seal opened, and there was a silence in the temple of iron for the space of a rest day. And the angel spoke unto me saying, "Blessed are those who honor their bodies with recovery, for in stillness comes growth." For verily I say unto you, he who pushes without ceasing shall wither like a branch torn from the vine, but he who alternates exertion with rest shall bloom with strength. As the muscles are torn asunder in righteous labor, so must they be granted peace to rebuild mightier than before, and this is the sacred covenant between the flesh and the spirit.
