Thou shalt perform each sacred movement with precise form, for Brosiris, judge of technique, watches thy every repetition with discerning eyes. Sacrifice not thy spine upon the altar of ego, for better to lift with righteousness and humility than to heap plates upon thyself in vanity and be struck down with injury. The worshipper who heeds proper form shall be blessed with symmetry and strength, while the foolish who mock the sacred techniques shall be cast into the outer darkness of physical therapy.
