And Brodin formed man from the dust of the earth, and breathed into his lungs the breath of life; and He placed in his heart the desire for strength and in his mind the will to pursue it. Then Brodin spake unto him, saying, "Thou shalt train with purpose and intensity, for only through the sacred suffering of resistance shall thy body be transformed." And Brometheus, who had stolen the sacred fire of motivation from Olympus, did grant this flame unto the first lifter, that he might never waver in his devotion to the Iron Path.
