Philippians of Fitness 4:13-14
Rejoice in the iron, my brothers and sisters, and again I say rejoice! For when you are weak, then He makes you strong. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, even adding another plate when my flesh cries out to rack the weight. And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory: protein for recovery, energy for the work, and determination for when the spirit is willing but the flesh grows weary.
