The Iron Scriptures

For what profit hath a man who gaineth the whole world yet neglecteth his temple of iron? Vanity of vanities, all is vanity. Consider the ways of the steadfast lifter, who though his muscles burn with the fire of a thousand suns, persists through each repetition. The wise man understandeth that the path of endurance is long and fraught with pain, yet he rejoiceth in this suffering, for he knoweth that which cometh easily departeth just as swiftly. But the gains earned through persistent toil shall abide with him through many seasons, and all who gaze upon his form shall know he hath walked the sacred path of iron.
